The scoop size is generous—2 1/2 teaspoons gives me plenty to stir into my post-workout shake, and I’ve noticed my knees feel less creaky on stairs lately. Skin’s looking a bit plumper too, which I didn’t expect from just a powder.

My knees don't creak like they used to after my morning runs, and I've noticed my skin looks way more hydrated. The powder dissolves pretty cleanly in my coffee, which is a huge win for a 5-gram scoop. Definitely sticking with this one.
