The free-range sourcing was the main reason I tried it, and I've noticed my knees feel less creaky during my morning walks after about three weeks. The collagen powder mixes into my coffee without clumping, which is more than I can say for other brands I've used.

The scoop size is generous at 5.5 grams, so a single serving actually feels like it’s doing something. I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and my knees don’t crack as much when I stand up from my desk. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine.

I was skeptical about unflavored collagen, but this one dissolves completely in my morning coffee with zero grit or aftertaste. My knees have felt noticeably steadier on my daily stair climbs after about three weeks of use.
