The softgel size is easy to swallow, which matters when you take it daily, and I've noticed a real difference in how my skin looks after a few weeks. One capsule in the morning is all it takes for me.

My nightly routine now includes one of these softgels and the natural-form lycopene is clearly doing its thing—I feel better knowing my tissues and organs are getting that antioxidant backup. Even the softgel size is reasonable, no trouble swallowing it.

Two weeks in and the softgels are easy to swallow, no aftertaste which I appreciate. The natural form of lycopene at 10mg per serving feels like a solid daily antioxidant boost, and I like that it's a single capsule instead of a handful.
