Two softgels give you ten calories and a solid hit of omega-3s in the triglyceride form, so I don't have to swallow four giant pills like with other brands. Been taking them for a few weeks now and the lack of fishy burps is a huge relief.

Two softgels pack a serious punch without that weird fishy burp I usually get from other omegas, and the fact they're in natural triglyceride form makes me feel like I'm actually absorbing what I paid for. The calorie count is negligible too, so it fits right into my morning routine without any fuss

I was a bit skeptical about the serving size at first, but two softgels give me a clean 10 calories with all the omega-3 punch I need without that greasy aftertaste. The triglyceride form is a big deal for me since it absorbs better than the ethyl ester stuff I used before.
