Andrew ★★★★★

I was a bit skeptical about capsule probiotics after trying powders for years, but these are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach at all. The 25 billion CFU count is solid, and after two weeks my digestion feels noticeably more regular without the bloating I used to get.

Alexander H. ★★★★★

The 25 billion CFUs per capsule is exactly what I was looking for, and taking one a day has made a real difference in how regular I feel. It's a tiny capsule too, so no trouble swallowing it.

Nicholas ★★★★★

My stomach feels noticeably calmer by the afternoon, and the single capsule is easy to swallow even without food. The 25 billion CFU count per serving was the exact number I was looking for to keep my gut on track.
